### 0.14.5 - v0.14.5 - A new chapter (chapter 3) of the A Demon Within Shelter crossover, which can be accessed through the special crossover page by clicking the red paw in the main menu of the game. And IT has: - Around 10k words of content featuring Alon navigating the DW world - Some new variations and faces of a few sprites we haven't seen before - A few bug and typo fixes from update 14, both in update 14 content and previous content - And, most importantly, fixed a bigger bug that would sometimes make the Memorium entries of the Red-eyed Wolf and Red-eyed Fox become inaccessible or locked again after unlocking new memories. It shouldn't happen anymore from now on! - V0.14.0 - Around 12k words of new story content, although some of it is split into different branches and scenes that play out based on previous choices across the game - Two new original backgrounds for the Watch House Courtyard and Tavern Hall! Both day and night! - Added color and/or a glow shader on text that is said through the voice of Lust in the game. You'll see more effect/animation of the shader if you have the Animations setting set to All and not Limited - Sped up a bunch of the Memorium animations and transitions to hopefully make the experience of navigating it smoother and more pleasant - Fixed a few visual bugs with the History and Save screens on Android - Added new simple sprites to three of the tavern workers. Some of the previous scenes in the tavern (in Edwin's Spare Day) were remade to add their sprites - Remade Jayden's sprite, especially around his face and head, to better convey his hyena-ness - Made the game's text font slightly bigger for the Chinese language to make it easier to read - Added new Memories with sprite views: - One for Commander Brigham, which unlocks automatically at a certain point in the story. For people who are beyond that point, it might be necessary to load an earlier save or rerun the game to get past it to unlock it - Another one for one of the tavern workers met on Edwin's Spare day. The clickable memory to unlock is in Edwin's Spare Day scenes ### 0.13.0 - v0.13.0 - Around 15k words of new story content - A new original background for the abandoned alley where the events of Update 12 happened and Update 13 continues. You should see it change, and hopefully it'll still work with save files without a problem! - And three more original backgrounds added retroactively to the game as well! They are: - Resnick and Edwin's bedroom - The tavern backroom (Seen on Edwin's side of the spare day earlier in the game) - Watch house prison cell (Seen in the crossover content between Shelter and Demons Within) - The fan art displayed at the credits is now randomized in order - Further small improvements to the brand new, nicer-looking Essence Wheel that you'll see through the game - A few new sprite variations for Gunther and the Black Wolf unlocked in the Memorium after seeing them in-game ### 0.12.6 - v0.12.6 - You have one prologue playable within Shelter build and one in Demons Within. You're free to play them in any order, and after that you have to follow the story by unlocking the chapters one after another between the two games (as new chapters get released). - On the PC build, those unlocks happen automatically, and you don't need to do anything extra. The chapter selection screen for the crossover will track and show you all of your unlocks in both Shelter and Demon Within, and it will also tell you what you need to complete to unlock the next chapter. - In Demons Within, you can unlock A Demon Within Shelter in the main menu by playing the game up to the latest update! Once you see the credits, you’re good. If you’ve already played the game to the latest update before, please load a save and reach the credits again so that the game can properly track and update that! Sorry for the inconvenience in that regard. After you play the Prologue on Demons Within’s side, the crossover content in Shelter will automatically be available to you… - …but only on PC. - Android doesn't allow interactions between apps like that, so we implemented a passwords system for mobile device builds instead. - The progression is pretty similar, where you're free to do the prologues in any order, but after that you need to play the chapters in order, discovering passwords that you need to input in the other game to unlock the next chapter to play. - New content on Demons Within’s side: - Over 11000 words of new content across two chapters of this new side story - An entire new sprite made by Blain for the crossover full of variations - Our very FIRST original, hand-made background made by the awesome - TeoLeif - ! It’s the first of many! - New icon for the Demons Within running application on PC - A brand-new, revamped Essence Wheel with new and improved visuals that you can see not only in the new content, but across the entirety of the game so far ### 0.12 - v0.12 - About 8k words of new content, continuing the story - And about 9k words of new content in Edwin's night at the camp (reached in a save where Edwin's spare day was chosen at the end of the camping day) - Nerfed Gunther the bull's junk by like 40% when he's wearing pants in Update 2's ambush scene and all to avoid it being so big that censorship was needed even when he was wearing pants in videos and such. What a thug. - Fixed a bug involving the bad ending warnings and Android where it was impossible (or just really hard) to click the wheel because of the warnings. The warnings were removed for now as a quick fix since there are some wheel changes planned for Update 13 and they will be back once I know they are working as intended. - This fix was also applied to the public version of Update 11 that was just released here on itch ### 0.11 - v0.11 - A bit 18k words of new content - It's now possible to access the Memorium from the pause menu so that it's not necessary to return all the way to the main menu for that - Added a language selection screen when starting the game and a menu to change languages in the settings menu - Made small improvements to Boris' sprite expressions to better match newer sprites ### 0.10 - v0.10 - over 16k words of new content between all possible branches! - 9 new memories to unlock across the new update! - Improved notification system that will allow multiple notifications at once, as well as now showing in which category a new memory has been unlocked ### 0.9 - v0.9 - 15k words of new content, most of it revolving around a brand new multi-faceted CG! - Brand new interface menu visuals for settings, save/load screen and history - A new icon indicator that tells you when an infusion choice is going to lead you to an alternate branch that ends the game (like a bad or kinky ending) - And a tutorial to explain how this new feature works, as it is added retroactively to previous alternate ending possibilities ### 0.8 - v0.8 - A little over 10k words of new story content moving forward after the events of Update 7 - Three new sprites! Two main sprites appearing in the new content and one new, simpler sprite that you can see during Ludwig's day, which has been enhanced with it (but otherwise didn't change much) - Five new memories to unlock, four of them within the new content, one back in Ludwig's day, and two of those with full sprite viewer content - A few new sprite variations for other characters that will be naturally unlocked through the new content as you see it - New credits screen after the build is over showcasing some of the recent fan art and showing how these will be in the future ### 7.5.2 - v7.5.2 - Initial F95 release
