- In terms of storyline, In Version 0.5 features the complete story of Chapter 2. The main characters will go through numerous setbacks and tough battles in this chapter, and ultimately you need to help them escape safely.
- There are also some updates to the game system:
- 1.Equipment cards now feature a durability bar at the bottom. Players can quickly assess the current state of their gear by the color of the durability bar without needing to inspect it in detail, allowing them to easily identify which items are still usable and which need repair or replacement.
- The durability bar changes color based on the current durability percentage:
- • Above 70%: Green, indicating good condition
- • 40% - 70%: Yellow, serving as a warning range
- • 15% - 40%: Orange, indicating low durability
- • Below 15%: Red, signaling a critical state
- 2. Besides the durability bar, equipment quality is now distinguished by background colors. This color coding does not apply to all items; it takes effect starting from uncommon gear. Regular white-tier equipment retains its original white background, and non-equipment items are not affected by this color system.
- The current background colors for different quality tiers are as follows:
- common: White background remains unchanged
- uncommon: Grayish green
- excellent: Steel blue
- rare: Grayish purple
- top: Rusty golden orange
- special: Dark crimson
- other words, equipment now provides two separate sets of information simultaneously:
- The background color indicates the equipment tier,
- and the color of the durability bar shows its current wear level.
- The two features serve distinct purposes and cannot replace one another. This design allows players to instantly tell in their backpack and equipment menu whether an item is worth keeping, still usable, or in need of urgent repair.
- 3. A "Pick All" button has been added for item collection during exploration. Now you can collect all available items on the ground with a single click instead of picking them up one by one.
- 4. New Skill: Tactical Backpack (2 AP)
- Players will unlock the new combat skill Tactical Backpack after completing the Find the Liaison quest.
- This skill allows players to open the backpack, use consumables or temporarily switch equipment during battles, bringing greater flexibility to combat strategies.

- In terms of storyline, the Federation officially declares war on the Liberation Front, and the three-member protagonist team is forced to get caught up in the conflict.
- Added a new interactive scene for Saika.
- In terms of features, the following optimizations and additions have been made:
- 1. Added fallback logic upon player death: If the primary weapon slot is empty, the first primary weapon from the backpack will be retained first to prevent excessive disadvantage after respawning.
- 2. Further expanded Saika-related functions: A new entry for equipment enchantment has been added. Enchanting will preserve original attributes and durability, while only regenerating skills.
- 3. Added an equipment dismantling function to the workbench.
- 4. Collection-based quests now count items in both the backpack and warehouse simultaneously. When turning in quests, items will be deducted from the backpack first, and then from the warehouse if insufficient, eliminating the need for frequent item transportation.
- 5. The Store / Withdraw options in the warehouse and loot interfaces now support quick bulk deposit and withdrawal. On Mac, use Command + Click for one-click bulk operations; on Windows, use Alt + Click instead.
- 6. Equipment info cards now display Level, uniformly placed below durability. This display has also been added to the equipped item bar and comparison bar.
- 7. Normal combat in Chapter 2 has been tiered. When base defense exceeds 12, players will encounter stronger combinations of regular monsters.

- Doomsday Version 0.2 is finally here. This update is a major one, and the main contents are as follows:
- 1. Some of the game’s visual style has been reworked. Many elements have been remade, including NPC portraits, the protagonist portrait, battle sprites, and more.
- 2. The story has now progressed into Chapter 2.
- 3. A BUFF and DEBUFF system has been added to combat, making battles much more varied.
- Status Effects and Battle Display Improvements
- - The display rules for status durations such as Vulnerable and Weak have been clarified, and remaining duration is now shown more clearly on status icons.
- - Poison and Burn have been redefined:
- - Poison now deals direct damage based on its current stacks at the end of each turn, and then gradually decays.
- - Burn now deals direct damage based on its current stacks at the end of each turn, and lasts for a fixed 3 turns.
- - A variety of new and adjusted skill effects have been added around synergies involving Vulnerable, Weak, Poison, and Burn.
- 4. The combat and equipment skill system has been expanded.
- - Shoe skills have officially been added, further completing build variety across different equipment slots.
- - The random skill generation rules for head, body, and shoe equipment have been adjusted, making the system clearer overall and making single-skill builds easier to plan around.

- - Temporary Defense copying, stronger defensive buffs, counter-based damage reduction, recurring defense loops, and survival-focused emergency skills.

- - Pistols, rifles, heavy weapons, and SMGs have all received new skill branches and new combat options.

- - Breakdown does not require extra money or additional materials. It only consumes the selected item itself.
- - The interface supports `+` / `-` buttons as well as manual quantity input.
- - After confirmation, the original item will be removed automatically and the resulting materials will be added to the corresponding inventory.
- 7. Repair / Reforge / Breakdown tab improvements
- - The left panel of `Equipment Repair`, `Equipment Reforging`, and `Workbench Breakdown` now supports manual switching between `Backpack / Storage`.
- - Switching tabs will automatically clear the currently selected target to prevent leftover invalid selections.
- - Whichever tab is currently selected will determine which container is used for material costs, item removal, and result settlement.
- - Temporary inventory screens during exploration, loot collection screens, and retreat-point inventory screens are still backpack-only, and storage will not be available there.
