### 0.2 - v0.2 - A New Look - The menu alone took us close to two weeks. I sketched everything out by hand first, we designed it together, and then Clyde built it piece by piece. Every screen you see now — the opening, the warning, the home screen — all redesigned from the ground up. Save/Load was rebuilt from scratch too, so you can finally name your saves and delete individual slots without tearing your hair out. The Credits screen got a special thank-you section for the people who have supported the game the most. A small gesture for everyone who went above and beyond for us. There's a new Quick Menu as well, and ESC or right-click now takes you straight to save, the way it always should've. - Settings - Narrator can be turned on and off mid-playthrough now, so no more committing to it at the tutorial and regretting it later. There's a text background option for readability, adjustable text size, and a new Display Mode that lets you tweak brightness, contrast, and saturation in real time. Audio levels are tuned for headphones — that's the full experience — but you can always adjust them. - New Systems (the late-night passion projects) - Journal. - Bella writes in her journal every night before she sleeps, and what ends up on those pages shifts with your choices. Two playthroughs, two completely different journals. - Relationships. - Where Bella stands with everyone she meets, in one place. - Status. - Her current state at a glance. - Intimate. - A record of her most personal moments, with the occasional hint of what's still ahead - Developer Tools / Cheats. - They're officially in the game now, but I have to warn you — the whole game runs on money as a core mechanic, and messing with that number won't add anything to your experience, it'll just break the flow and spoil the thing the story is built on. Use them gently, or don't use them at all. They're there if you want them. - Panic Button. - P on your keyboard, or the icon. You know why. - Gallery - Rebuilt from the ground up. Cleaner, easier on the eyes, less clicking. - Content - 528 new renders, 2 new animations (98 renders), plus new music and sound effects. And hey — the official OST is now up on YouTube. You can even play it in the background while you read this post (link below ). - I know 528 renders might sound small next to some other projects out there. This update was honestly about rewiring the game from the inside out — menus, save/load, settings, systems, gallery, all of it rewritten from scratch. From v0.3 onwards, the heavy lifting is behind us and the focus goes back to what really matters: the story. I'm also pushing myself on visual quality every single version, and I genuinely believe each update will look better than the last.
