What will that mean for her? - She visits Titus’ country estate and meets with him to discuss business - Esther’s friends are in for a surprise, as is Jonquil - Subplot stories: Titus and Francis, A Secret Place, and Osprey Checks In, in which Osprey states her opinion on Jonquil’s strategy. - New images in the patrons’ gallery - New user feature: you can now choose to have animations play automatically - Statistics: 6,952 words of dialogue (86,795 total); 499 new images. ### 0.10.2 - v0.10.2 - of Royal Switch is a bug fix release, which fixes an error that created a crash when a certain achievement was earned. This integrates the v. 0.10.1 Hotfix, so if you already have that, you don't need this one. - ALSO, THIS RELEASE INCLUDES A BUG-FIXED VERSION FOR ANDROID! ### 0.10.1 - v0.10.1 - Fixed some reported bugs (many of these fixes were included in the earlier hotfix). - Edited some dialogue from earlier scenes, in particular the "Siobhan's Offer" scenes. - Removed "refuse first, then accept" pathway for the "Feed Bruno" task. This should fix the last of the scenes where a bratty response will loop back so that the reader must eventually do the task. - Added option in the "Preferences" menu, so that players can change the dialogue and menu fonts. - Version 0.10 Brigitte’s Story: Candles - Major re-writes of three scenes from Acts 1 and 2: “Clean your Room,” “Clean the Barracks,” and “Clean the Mess Hall.” Now the “Bratty” response will not lead to Brigitte ultimately giving in to Bruno’s demands. She will be punished instead (there’s an expanded punishment scene in the “Clean the Barracks” storyline). There is still a middle path, re-named “Resist” rather than “Refuse” for those who want to try a more balanced approach. And, of course, she can still give in to his demands! - Brigitte’s “Bratty” path: Brigitte can try to manipulate Bruno by doing his tasks, and using his “reward” to plot her escape. Alternately, she can continue to defy his wishes, and endure (or enjoy?) the punishment. - Brigitte’s “Sub” path: She’s nearly fully committed at this point. How far will she go? - Bruno tries a new tactic to reach his ultimate goal. - Iris has a visit from an old friend. Wait, doesn’t he look familiar? - Statistics - : 5,493 words of dialogue (79,843 words total); about 440 new renders; one new patron’s gallery image. - Version 0.09 - --Esther’s “Fearless” path: Esther continues her training by getting a little “hands on,” and by spending the day with a rather intimate distraction. - --Esther’s “Timid” path: Our heroine is feeling a bit lost. None other than Titus offers support. And who is this nephew of his? He is very different than his uncle… - --New side story, “Risky Business,” starring He’Thar. - --Plot developments featuring He’Thar, Cassandra and Saturna, Jonquil, and the Golden Serpent. - --A major re-write of the “Puppy play” scene from Brigitte’s Story, Chapter 3 Act 6 (aka version 0.08). This rewrite addresses story flow and character motivation issues. I expect that it will break any saves made during that scene. Earlier saves should be fine. Later saves seem to work, but you might want to go back anyway to see what is different. - --Statistics - :: 4,668 words of dialogue (74,350 words total); about 400 new renders; two new patrons’ gallery images. - Version 0.08.2 - This update fixes some relatively minor bugs, including: - --The updated Stats screen allowed mouse clicks to affect the regular game screen - --Missing and misidentified images - --Wonky music transitions - --Ongoing issues with triggering achievements and replays - Version 0.08.1 - Chapter 3, Acts 5 and 6 - A standalone history chapter: “Death of a Queen” - Clearly identified tracks: “Submissive” and “Bratty” for Brigitte; “Fearless” and “Timid” for Esther. - Esther comes to terms with her exhibitionist side. - Brigitte engages in a little puppy play and has a decision to make. - Esther gets on stage with a little backup. - Brigitte learns how to maximize her tips and has a chance to help out a friend. - Bruno plots out a course of action. - Cassandra gets a new look. - Georges uses his magic. - Changed the scoring of the first two Brigitte tasks (“Clean Your Room” and “Clean the Barracks”) from Chapter 3, Act 1. This creates a bigger difference between the “sub” and “bratty” choices at that point in the game. - Expanded Statistics screen with onscreen access button (Note: access button appears to work only with new games, not previous saves). - NEW ANDROID CONVERSION! I finally gave up and subcontracted out the Android version to someone who knows what they’re doing. - Note: Version 0.08.1 is the first public release.
