This will change the welcome screen in their room to show them either dressed or naked. This is purely cosmetic for that screen and won't affect how they are dressed in the events. - - The max value for the "Potential pregnancies" list has been adjusted to not count any women added after returning from the Vatican -- until you return from the Vatican.
