- First, our game finally has its own mascot! Just like Paimon from Genshin, Amiya from Arknights, or Pikachu from Pokémon~
- Mowl — a cute hybrid of an owl and a mouse, a subspace creature that’s a close relative to humans, with the ability to break the fourth wall…
- (Though it won’t appear in the story until much later
- Also made some balance adjustments and optimizations for controls and information display~
- This update adds 5 new characters (including 1 OC)! Three of them form an “Energy” system together. Plus one super powerful character that gives full-screen vision! (☆ω☆)
- My big plan is to create 5 systems: Energy, Stealth, Assassination, Element, and Totem. Energy, Stealth, and Assassination are already in the game~ Elements and Totem are still in the idea stage
- Next… a brand new mode! Tower Defense mode!
- Players destroy a crystal to create a mana spring, harvest cost from it, and spend that cost to build defense towers. Enemies rush in from multiple paths toward the exit — you can block them with your own body or chill behind your towers~
- The first TD map is only half done, so more coming soon!
- Also planned for the future: a special receive-hit-retreat mode. These three modes will make up all the small battle elements!
- Oh, and I added voice acting for 3 characters!

- Complete the full tutorial
- Write character profiles and individual tutorials for each
- Update the story (I wrote a ton but ran out of time — next update for sure!)

- Lastly, still recruiting OCs! This time I’m looking for fallen/evil god side female characters (to be bosses or elite monsters). In-game, players can defeat bosses to unlock these overpowered versions!

- Hiii everyone. I finally finished the update before Musk launches Starship 12! Looks like my development speed is much higher than xSpace~ I originally wanted to rush it out before Artemis 2 though
- The reason it took so long is because I got completely addicted to Civilization 6… but don’t worry! I already uninstalled it~ I’m a good kid now
- This version is called 0.1.9999 because there are definitely going to be a bunch of bugs. Once everything is properly debugged, it will officially become 0.2!
- What’s new this time:
- Fixed the late-game issue where enemies would just stand at the door and stop attacking.
- Added the most basic tutorial system, including trigger tutorials. I think the trigger tutorials will become a major bug breeding ground… really wanted to make cute animations like those mobile gacha games, but my technical power is limited… so… sorry~
- To prepare for the future roguelike mode: When playing Level 1, you can now choose the map and enemies! In the future there will be many more modes like Encounter Battle, Tower Defense, Escape Battle, etc. Once full roguelike is implemented, players will randomly encounter different enemies, maps, and rules~
- Added Story 2 (To be continued~) — Our male protagonist finally makes his appearance!
- Gallery is now open! Added H-Scene 1
- Added the Clash system (heavily inspired by Limbus Company’s clash mechanics~)
- Added battle voice lines! (Currently only Bonnie has them)
- Added token thumbnails so you can easily see who’s doing what during battle
- Added new enemy artworks, including a tentacle Iron Maiden! She’s super slow but has extremely high attack and defense. She doesn’t have the General’s teleport, so mobility will be very important against her~
- Added a new OC: a fox-girl Onmyoji who can grant Stealth to units. Stealth is an infinite-duration buff, but if you charge into the enemy lines too recklessly, there’s a chance the buff will disappear
- More content will be placed inside the in-game tutorial~ I’ll slowly add everything there so it doesn’t feel too overwhelming at the beginning
- OC Recruitment Still Open! We’re mainly looking for enemy OCs right now! (The girls already have quite a lot… I’m planning for a total of 32 female characters in the end~) So if you have any cool, wicked, or super strong enemy ideas, please send them my way! I’ll be very grateful
- About the future Roguelike mode I’m still collecting everyone’s opinions~ Do you prefer:

- World Setting & Background Our game finally has an official series name — Oscines ( Japanese: 鸣鸟特攻 / Oscines Special Attack )
- In Latin, “Oscines” refers to the ancient Roman practice of bird divination — the singing birds that bring messages from the gods. In our game, Oscines is the codename of a secret plan: A project where weak, ordinary mortals gather their true courage and launch an attack against supreme evil gods.

- In this update we added two brand new OC characters!
- Kaya — a super agile catgirl dancer! She’s all about movement: blink herself, blink allies, blink enemies… just like Sun Tzu said: “Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected”
- Nerena — a shy little dragon girl with almost no friends… but she has a 3-meter-tall golem bodyguard! You can summon him to follow you, smash anyone who bullies Nerena, and yes… you can even make him self-destruct for her. Making the summon system actually work took me FOREVER, my brain almost exploded… but it’s done!!
- Also!! This is the first time we added a Story Mode! Right now it’s still very simple (just the opening radio broadcast), but we already know that something BIG happened on Nolava Island (roughly the size of Australia). The island is now completely sealed off… and things are getting… weird.
- We also updated some sound effects!
- The super important walking footsteps are finally in!
- And… those “unspeakable” sex sounds you know what I mean. More audio will keep coming in future updates~

- Player Controls & Quality of Life Improvements:
- - All characters now have waypoint movement! No more clicking tile by tile like before~
- - When one unit runs out of AP, the game automatically switches to the next movable character. Smooth as butter now!
- New Mechanic: Assassination
- If a unit has at least two enemies in their vision that only they can see, they enter "assassinatable" state.
- Weapons with the Assassination tag have a chance to one-shot them.
- Assassination works on both sides, but right now only our units have the skills for it~
- Bosses have some resistance… but if you're lucky, you can still instantly delete half their HP—no matter how tanky they are!
- New Mechanic: Queen's Blade
- Victory condition changed: Just get the unit carrying the Queen's Blade to the exit and you win!
- Defeat condition: If the unit carrying the Queen's Blade falls (gets corrupted), it's game over.
- This means the match can flip in an instant—total chaos and hype!
- Balance Changes:
- - Fallen state now requires more stacks, which means… you get to enjoy the spicy CGs for way longer~
- - QTE difficulty has been greatly reduced—perfect for one-handed play. You're welcome.
- Brand New Characters (3 of them!):
- - Violetta: Mistress of the shadows and the main user of the new Assassination mechanic. She thrives in the dark~
- - Moyu: Eastern dragon girl straight out of Arknights vibes. She buffs allies and refreshes weapon/item uses. Super useful!
- - Bonnie: Cowgirl adventurer who crossed into the kingdom. Gets random buffs and deals super unpredictable damage—pure chaos in the best way.
- Team Building System:
- You can now adjust your lineup order! The first 4 of your 8-unit roster will deploy.
- A total of 32 survivors will eventually be added, so get ready for some serious deck-building fun. Stay tuned~!
